The upper roller base has an innovative design, featuring floating and lift-up motion and adjustable pressure. This makes the machine suitable for coating adhesive on uneven surfaces, soft, hard and sloped materials.
The machine is equipped with a thermostat to prevent adhesive from overheating and damaging its properties. It also provides protection to the motor, minimizing motor troubles.
Specially designed upper roller enables the operator to dismantle it without assistance. The upper roller can be used as a single roller.
The motor is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing for variable speed change.
