Modern toe lasting machines streamline the shoemaking process through several automated steps. The TS-N737MA meets and exceeds the highest global technical standards across all core mechanical functions:
1. Advanced Pincer System (9 Claws)
Individual Pincer Tension Balancing: Every pincer has adjustable automatic pull-down and manual pull-down functions, setting individually to balance the tension of the vamp, and correct for the best lasting position.
Toolless Quick-Change Pincers: The first pincer and second set of pincers are designed with an easy-tooling structure, allowing operators to quickly change them without any tools (Fig. 2).
Dynamic Pincer Deflection: The second pincer’s angle could deflect its angle according to unique shoe shapes for maximum material flexibility (Fig. 3).
Mechanical First-Pincer Yawing: The first pincer can be adjusted for yawing to the left and right within 15° each side according to the shoe shape, suitable for special shoe models and custom pincers assembly arrangements.
Synchronized Trajectory Control: The pincer trajectory could adjust individually for each side or synchronized for both sides to meet the requirement of changing different sizes of shoes quickly.
2. Automatic Cementing System
Zero Manual Gluing: The insole and vamp of the TS-N737MA do not need to glue manually in the beginning because of our fully integrated automatic hot melt cementing system, saving massive material and labor costs.
3. Wiper & Press Mechanism
Toolless Wiper Adjustment: Heated wipers and forming bands mold the toe material perfectly to the last. The design of the wiper downward position adjustment could quickly adjust without any tools (Patented) (Fig. 4).
Easy-Tooling Toe-Band Fixation: Toe-band center fixed base adopts the newly easy-tooling structure—just pull up and press down to change the toe-band quickly.
Brand-New 5-Point Geometry: Brand new designed of five pointed toe-band and special wiper trajectory, to perform better lasting result with an intuitive easy-tooling mechanism (Fig. 5).
4. Precision Mechanical Controls & Supporter Calibration
0.1mm Numerical Display Accuracy: The rising position and the starting position of the last supporter could be adjusted on the side of the machine with a numerical displayer that features precision up to 0.1 m/m (Fig. 6).
Flexible Supporter Calibration: The position (front and rear) of the inner supporter and outer supporters (applicator) can be adjusted with a hand wheel in front of the machine, featuring a maximum 16mm of length adjustment, which makes the adjustment for the lasting of shoes with different sizes more flexible and convenient.
External Gauges & Regulators: The adjustment and controlling for the pressure and speed of each mechanism are outside of the machine with the pressure gauge for displaying, enabling the floor operation and adjustment more convenient and safe.
