Features:
1. The 1st & 2nd Pincer are the newly designed with high-speed replacement structure, 1st & 2nd pincer can complete reloading within 5 sec without any tools.

2. The 2nd Pincer can be adjusted the angle by the electronic controller according to the shoe Last shape, also with the Memory function driven by Liner Wire Potentiometer.

3. The pincer array can adjust by manual button that can control the right or left side independent or the synchronized movements of right & left side according to the shoes size.

4. The fifth pincer could match the right & left feet for switchover, and make the inward rotation action for internal waist, enabling the vamps more fit the shoe last.

5. The new design of drafting point of wiper wheel is adjusted external, easy adjust without any tools.

6. The rising stop point and the drafting stop point of the inner supporter are adjusted by external, accompanied by the digital position indicator, precision up to 0.1mm, which is the most accurate repeatability.

7. The position (front & rear) of the last and the outer supporters(hot melt dispenser) can be adjusted, that makes the adjustment for the lasting of shoes with different yards more flexible and convenient.

7. With Programmable PLC, Color Graphical wide touch screen, function select items are all the Color Icon, easy member and understanding.
7-1 Self-Detection function, the mechanical actions and the electrical switches can be detected on the screen, reducing the maintenance time.
7-2 The function select item of all the machine moving times are all operated on the touch screen.

8. The middle pincer can be adjusted for yawing to the left and to the right within 15 degree each side according to the shoe last shape.

9. Each pincers after clamping vamps that also can release and re-clamp manually & independently.

10. Each pincers all has adjustable automatic drop-down and manual pull-down functions , setting individually to balance the tension of the vamp. And correct for the best lasting placement.

11. The fifth could match the right & left feet for witch over, and make the inward rotation action for internal waist, enabling the vamps more fit the shoe last.

12. There are 2 speed-changing models to choice when the last supporter is rising, it can improve the efficiency of production, especially for the fragile vamps.

13. Each pincers all has adjustable automatic drop-down and manual pull-down functions, setting individually to balance the tension of the vamp. And correct for the best lasting placement.
