300-Set Intelligent Shoe Profile Memory: Powered by an imported Japanese FUJI color monitor interface, this machine can store and instantly recall up to 300 unique sets of shoe models, memorizing all lasting parameters for rapid-fire style changes.

Italian High-Precision Data Digitization: Utilizing ultra-precise wire potentiometers imported from Italy, the machine accurately digitizes the exact positions of the pincer trajectories and wiper movements, turning mechanical adjustments into repeatable digital data.

Patented 3-Tier Expandable Pincer Trajectory: Features a specialized 3-tier pincer trajectory structure where the assembly can shift from each side. It seamlessly matches the size of the 1st pincer for a completely toolless, quick-change configuration.

Automatic Left & Right Foot Tracing: The pincer trajectory can automatically or manually switch to adapt to the left or right foot profile, instantly displayed via clear indicator signal lights on the chassis.

Linear Wire Potentiometer Angle Memory: The 2nd pincer's alignment angle is fully monitored and memorized via electronic controllers, allowing the pincers to deflect perfectly according to asymmetric shoe shapes (Fig. 3).

5-Second Toolless Quick-Change Pincers: Maximize floor uptime. The 1st pincer and the 2nd set of pincers feature a high-speed replacement structure, allowing operators to complete replacement within seconds without tools (Fig. 2).

Electric Wiper Downward Adjustment with Scale: Newly designed electric wiper downward calibration features an integrated scale displayer, allowing operators to make rapid, toolless micro-adjustments for different leather or fabric uppers (Fig. 5).

Zero Manual Gluing: Fully integrated automatic hot melt cementing system applies precise glue paths between the insole and vamp, causing the uppers to stick tightly after heating and cutting manual labor costs.

0.1mm Numerical Supporter Calibration: The rising position and starting position of the last supporter are fine-tuned on the side of the machine via an intuitive numerical displayer for maximum precision.
