The second pincer’s angle memorized by linear wire potentiometer could deflect angle according to shoe shapes.(fig.3)
Designed of three-tier pincer trajectory structure, assembly can shift from each side, matching the size of the first pincer for easy-tooling structure without tools.(Patented)(fig.4)
Accurately memorized the position of pincer trajectory, it use wire potentiometer importing from Italy to change positon to data.(Including switch positon memory of second pincer’s angle)
The pincer trajectory could automatically/manually switch to left or right foot and displayed by the signal light.
With scale displayer, the newly designed of wiper downward position electric adjustment could adjust without any tools quickly and get perfect lasting position according to different types of shoes.(fig.5)
The rising position and the starting position of last supporter could be adjusted on the side of machine with numerical displayer.
Brand new design of five pointed toe-band, to perform better lasting result with easy tooling mechanism.(fig.6)
Parameters memory of wiper movement used wire potention meter importing from Italy to change wiper’s position to data, and it accurately memorized lasting movement of different shoes.
Importing from Japanese FUJI’s colorful monitor interface and with up to 300 sets of memory of shoe models, it memorized all the parameters of lasting.
